Terms of use

These terms govern your use of apiqueuegrid.digital and any related studio communications from Apiqueuegrid. By browsing this site or requesting a seat, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or request enrolment.

Who we are

Apiqueuegrid is a teaching studio for app analytics and subscription funnel tracking, operating from Bangkok, Thailand. Contact details appear on the contact page and in the footer. This website describes programmes; it does not itself form a paid enrolment until a written confirmation is issued by email from info@apiqueuegrid.digital.

Acceptance and eligibility

You must be able to enter a contract under the law of Thailand. Programmes are taught in English and assume professional use. You may not scrape, overload, or misuse forms. Mock form endpoints on this site are for demonstration of client-side validation only and do not create a teaching contract.

Programmes and informational pricing

Course descriptions, dates, and baht figures are informational catalogues. They may change between cohorts. No checkout or payment facility is provided on this website. A binding seat arises only after written confirmation and payment instructions issued off-site. See also the refund policy.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the Funnel Observatory map, workbooks, recordings, and slide desks are owned by Apiqueuegrid or its licensors. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your internal professional work. You may not resell, publish, or run a competing course from our materials. Learner screenshot packs remain the learner’s property; we ask only that secrets be removed before sharing in class.

Acceptable use of the studio

Live sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent. Harassment of facilitators or other learners is grounds for removal without a seat credit. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you send via forms or email.

Liability

Teaching does not guarantee revenue lift, successful instrumentation, or regulatory compliance. We do not implement SDKs or billing code. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Thailand, Apiqueuegrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from applying studio methods. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid programme, where a contract exists, is limited to the fees you actually paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Third-party services

Fonts, image hosts, and any analytics tools used on this site are third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site applies. Material changes to a paid programme already confirmed in writing will be communicated by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
