Refund policy

This policy applies once a seat has been confirmed in writing and paid according to studio instructions. Catalogue prices on this website are informational; no payment is taken on-site. Governing context is Thailand. For general site use, see terms.

Eligibility

Refunds are available to the person or company named on the invoice. Transferring a named participant to a colleague in the same organisation is preferred over a refund when the programme has not yet started.

Timeframe

Full refund requests for Funnel Bench or Trial Window Diagnostics must reach info@apiqueuegrid.digital at least 14 full days before the first live session. Event Ledger (recordings) may be refunded in full within 7 days of access being granted, provided less than 20% of runtime has been streamed. Studio Residency refunds must be requested at least 21 days before the agreed start date.

Full and partial refunds

If you meet the timeframe above and have not substantially consumed materials, we refund 100% of programme fees actually received, excluding bank transfer charges that cannot be recovered. After those deadlines, a partial refund of 40% may be offered if no live session has been attended and recordings have not been unlocked. Once two live sessions are attended, or once Event Ledger streaming exceeds 20%, fees are no longer refundable except as required by mandatory Thai consumer law.

Non-refundable items

Travel, hotels, VAT already remitted where it cannot be reclaimed, extra screenshot review hours, and third-party tools you purchase yourself are non-refundable. Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in a written confirmation stay non-refundable.

Process

Write to info@apiqueuegrid.digital with the subject “Refund”, your invoice number, and whether you prefer a participant transfer. The desk will confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to the invoiced entity in Thailand or as otherwise agreed.

Processing time and method

Once approved, expect 10–20 working days for the funds to appear, depending on the originating bank. We do not refund in cash at the Phayathai studio. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer.

Cancellation by the studio

If Apiqueuegrid cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a move to a later bench. If a facilitator is ill and a session is rescheduled within 14 days, that reschedule alone is not grounds for a refund.

Exceptions

Documented serious illness, or a force majeure event that prevents remote attendance as well as travel, may be considered outside the standard windows, at the studio’s reasonable discretion. Disappointment with a voluntary business outcome — for example, no change in first-charge rate — is not an exception. We teach measurement; we do not sell lift.
